Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

WildResearch strives for an environment of equitable opportunity for everyone to socialize, learn field skills and share their passion for conservation and birds. We are strongly committed to creating a safe space for everyone to participate in research and community science. We specifically would like to hold space for Black, Indigenous, and Peoples of Colour, and additional groups who experience restricted access to these spaces. We warmly welcome 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals to our programs as we strive to create a safe, affirming environment for people of all sexual orientations and gender identities. We are continuously working towards increasing the accessibility of all our spaces to minimize barriers so everyone is comfortable and welcome to our programs.
